Prior to joining Baird in 2022, Kaitlyn began her career in the financial service industry with Hefren-Tillotson. Kaitlyn holds her SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Pennsylvania Life and Accident and Health Certificate. She graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business form the Institute of Technology, Carlow in Ireland. In Kaitlyn’s spare time she enjoys coaching her travel basketball team, spending time with her family and friends, and going on hikes with her husband, Nick, and their dog, Cocoa.
