Melissa Hopkins is a Senior Client Specialist at our Baird Southpointe Branch. She is proud to be Robert Kerber’s Registered Assistant. Melissa brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations and is dedicated to providing exceptional service, operational support, and personalized attention to every client interaction. Since joining Baird in 2020, Melissa has been a valued team member known for her reliability, industry knowledge, and client-first mindset.
Melissa began her financial service career in 2007 and has developed a reputation for her thoroughness, professionalism, and strong communication skills. She resides in Canonsburg PA with her husband, Chris, and is the proud mother of two daughters, Kayla and Samantha. When she’s not supporting clients, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, loves to travel and her favorite way to unwind is sipping a glass of wine while playing cards with her card club girls or a fun game of bingo.
